Origin
Professor in medicine, Jon Kabat-Zinn, is the person who has established the
concept and method of mindfulness, based on eastern traditions with meditation,
yoga and breathing techniques. Mindfulness is increasingly used as a method in
the Western world, as a method for stress management.
